How
credits work?
Credits are earned on each sale and
accumulated on each student’s name for the four years that they are in band.
Credits can be used at anytime for that year’s trip or left to
accumulate for another year’s trip.
The credits are kept on a spreadsheet by Mr. Zellner.
Copies are given to the fundraising chair, president, and treasurer of
the band boosters.
The money is kept in a savings account that is designated for this
purpose. At the time credits are
wished to be used for a trip, the treasurer is notified and the money (if need
be) is moved from the savings account to the checking account. |
